I retired from leading writing groups in Surrey in March 2026
My latest published book is about Jesus’ ‘I am’ sayings in John’s Gospel. ‘I Ams: who is Jesus’ was published by Waverley (formerly CWR) on the 21st September 2023.
I finished another book for their ‘Cover to Cover’ series of individual or group Bible study resources, this one around the imagery of ‘Roots and Routes’ in our lives, our faith and in the Bible but, having accepted it, Waverley stopped publishing this series or, I think, any books!
Currently I am ghostwriting the autobiography of Richard Williamson, an amazing classical musician and musical innovator who leads the group 'Epiphany'. You can find their website at https://epiphanymusic.org.uk/
And my very first book, 'A Giant in Ghana', published in 1987, has been slightly updated and is due to appear in both digital and paperback - details to follow.
On a personal level, my father moved from independant living to a care home nearer where we live shortly after his 102nd birthday last year and is due to celebrate his 103rd in October!
